Support Vulnerable Teens & Young Adults

The critical services the Y provides for teens and young adults like transitional and long-term housing, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, and casework are more important than ever and more complicated to provide.

Michael, 17, has been coming to the Y for services for a while, but because of COVID-19, and preexisting transportation issues, getting access to food has become almost impossible. When his Y caseworker heard about his struggles, he went above and beyond to get Michael and his disabled mother food. His caseworker drove to the food bank and collected food items and delivered them to Michael’s front door.

Your investment means we can keep mental health counseling accessible by pivoting to telehealth and continuing to care for the kids in our housing, connecting them to resources as many lose income, and as calls to CPS increase, we’re also increasing our crisis response.

Will you donate today to help us support kids like Michael?
