Diabetes Prevention Program

This program is based on research funded by the National Institutes of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention which showed that by eating healthier, increasing physical activity and losing a small amount of weight, a person with pre-diabetes can prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes by 58%.

Wellness for Life (formerly Lose to Win)

This program helps you create lasting change and learn sustainable ways to eat healthier, move more, and manage weight by establishing accountability, planning, and problem solving measures all while receiving group and coach support.

Actively Changing Together (ACT!)

This is a 12 week program for youth 8-14 years and their parents. The program, developed in partnership with providers and professionals at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the YMCA of Greater Seattle, promotes healthy nutrition, activity and lifestyles.

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

This 16-week program, designed for adults 18 and older, helps participants establish consistent routines for monitoring their blood pressure and learn about healthier eating habits.
Personalized Wellness Plan

Personalized Wellness Plan

A personalized wellness plan is a free one-time meeting with a health coach who works with you to identify your strengths and opportunities. You will create an individualized plan that will help you get the most out of your YMCA membership and achieve the goals that motivated you to join the Y.
